Kirtlington Stud lies on the outskirts of the village within one of the most successful square miles in England for raising Thoroughbreds – responsible for 14 classic winners alone!
We are a family run company offering boarding facilities for foals, yearlings and broodmares, and consigning at major sales. We take great pride in how we raise our horses and have a small dedicated team of staff experienced in the care of thoroughbreds.
We are the only stud farm in England to have foaled, raised and sold a World Champion. HARBINGER won 5 Group races including his record breaking 11 length victory in the Group 1 King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes.
Other successes include Derby winner and Champion 2yo and 3yo SIR PERCY, and multiple Group 1 winner PRESVIS who retired in 2012 as the highest ever British-based money earner winning £4,318,943.
